Six tools. Nineteen categories. Live odds, whale alerts, guild data, payout simulations, and an awards calendar. That's a lot of information flowing from a lot of places.
The Account Dashboard is where it all starts. It's your home base.
What the Dashboard Does
The dashboard is the landing page for your account. It shows your key stats at a glance: how many picks you've made, your member information, and quick links to every tool in the platform. Think of it as mission control for Oscar season.
It's intentionally simple. The dashboard doesn't try to show you everything at once. It tells you where you stand and gives you fast paths to the tools where the real work happens.
Key Features
Member Stats
The dashboard shows your core account information:
- Your email and member-since date
- Total picks made across all categories
- Quick access to edit your profile
This is useful as a baseline. If you've made 12 out of 19 picks, the dashboard reminds you that 7 categories still need attention. If you haven't picked anything yet, it's a nudge to get started.
Quick Tool Navigation
Every tool in the platform is accessible from the dashboard:
| Tool | What It Does | When to Use It |
|---|---|---|
| Payout Simulator | Pick winners, see payouts | Building or updating your bracket |
| Whale Alerts | Large trades, breaking news | Monitoring market activity |
| Position Calculator | Slippage, fill prices | Before placing a real trade |
| Precursors Tracker | Guild vs. Oscar history | Researching category patterns |
| Awards Calendar | Event dates, impact ratings | Planning your watch schedule |
| Nominees Browser | Live odds, price charts | Checking current market state |
Each tool has a clear purpose. The dashboard helps you pick the right one for what you need right now.
Profile Management
Update your email, check your account status, and manage your settings. The dashboard handles the administrative side of your account so the other tools can focus on data and analysis.
How to Use It
If You're New
Start with the Payout Simulator. Make your picks across the Big 8 categories using the Favorites strategy to see what the chalk would pay. Then switch to Contrarian to see how underdogs change the payout. That exercise alone teaches you how prediction market odds work in practice.
If You're Tracking a Specific Race
Go straight to the Nominees Browser for current odds, or the Whale Alerts if you're waiting for a specific market move. The dashboard gets you there in one click.
If It's Guild Weekend
Open the Awards Calendar to see what's announcing today. Then keep the Whale Alerts open in another tab to watch the market react. After results drop, check the Precursors Tracker to see how this year's pattern compares to history.
If You're Ready to Trade
Use the Position Calculator to model your trade before you execute it. Check slippage, fill price, and expected payout. Then place the trade on Kalshi with full information.
Real Example
It's February 7, 2026. You log in and the dashboard shows 14 of 19 picks made. You check the Awards Calendar and see that DGA results are tonight.
You open Whale Alerts in a new tab. Around 9 PM, alerts start firing. A large trade on PTA for Best Director. Then another. The DGA results must have leaked early through industry channels.
You switch to the Nominees Browser. PTA's Best Director odds are climbing from 75% toward 85%. Best Picture is following, with One Battle After Another ticking up.
You go back to the Payout Simulator and update your remaining 5 picks based on the DGA result. Your new total payout estimate: $147 on a hypothetical all-correct bracket.
That entire flow, from dashboard to calendar to alerts to browser to simulator, took 15 minutes. Every tool was one click away from the dashboard.
Guest vs. Pro Access
Without an account, you can't access the dashboard or any of the tools behind it.
With a free account, the dashboard and all six tools are available. No payment required. Sign up, log in, and start.
